What’s the stupidest thing you could do right now — organize an ICO in the U.S., or eat Tide Pods? And is it true Roger Ver’s life story was too crazy even for Alex Jones? Welcome back to the most outré take on the week’s bitcoin and crypto news with Josh and friends on the latest episode of Junseth’s World.

Junseth and Shaun return sans Dante after a week’s break — in which everyone had to focus on nursing their crypto portfolios through one of the industry’s biggest-ever crashes, and curling up in a fetal position on the shower floor sobbing.
Speaking of which, where does all that money actually go during a crash? The only crypto that went up was Tether, could that be it? Surely it’s not possible for all that crypto wealth to escape into fiat without bringing the whole thing crashing down.
As we (again) lament the departure of several thousand fairweather friends from the crypto world, Junseth and Shaun wonder whether bitcoin users of the future will care nothing of the technology behind it, and ignore it just as they ignore the working’s of today’s financial system. Rekindling his loathing of Ripple and its consensus network family, Junseth thinks it’s important to know something about how it works, at least.
“Ripple is an absolute abomination,” he says, saying people should know what it means to have a token that actually settles. Which Ripple doesn’t. And neither does Stellar. On the bright side, millennials seem more interested in cryptos than they are in stocks — even CFTC head Christopher Giancarlo was impressed.
To hear all this and a few hours more, listen to Junseth’s World.
Junseth (a.k.a. Joshua Unseth) and partners in podcasting Dante and Shaun are Bitcoin’s Florida Men.
Apparently well known in the greater Miami area blockchain scene, the controversial media team embody that region’s unique approach to business. They’ve seen and done things for Bitcoin you probably never imagined … and some you wished you could un-imagine.
Somewhere in all of that, you actually get a good education and some surprisingly useful insights into the world of finance, trading, business and economics. Subscribe to the entire series on Soundcloud.
On top of his tireless Bitcoin advocacy, Junseth campaigns to close the gender salary gap in the world of modeling and to abolish attractive-people privilege across all industries.
